It wouldn't hurt a raccoon, I don't believe, but I've never tried to care for a baby raccoon. I also got several suggestions for kitten and puppy food, which I know you can feed grown raccoons. But, I don't know what they can handle at 3 weeks. **Q: Is this ok for older squirrels still drinking formula?** A: Yes it is! This has added more nutrition and they are doing great.I'm glad I tried it & it will be regular staple in my Rescue Supplies. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fox valley saved my squirrel *by K***M on May 28, 2024* about a month ago, some strange circumstances landed a less than week old baby squirrel in my care (first pic is from the night i got her) i was feeding her a generic brand of puppy formula as that was all that was available at the time. flash forward to about a week or two later, it became apparent that she had become emaciated and was battling aspiration pneumonia (which went away with antibiotics). admittedly this was partially due to my lack of knowledge and experience as i had never raised one so young on my own. but i digress. i immediately ordered fox valley ultraboost, electro stat and 32/40 formula. within days she began gaining weight and her ribs became less visible. in less than a week she had gone from dangerously underweight to growing hair and on the low side of the average weight for her age. i wholly credit her recovery to fox valley’s ultraboost and formula, and now at five weeks she’s on a combination of the 32/40 and 25/50 formulas.
