I have to be, because I have pinched nerves, bulging discs, and spinal stenosis in my neck. I have tried many pillows, including memory foam pillows, over the years. This pillow is, hands down, the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. I wasn't sure if I'd like the green tea scent, but it is a very light, clean scent. It is, for my personal taste, the perfect firmness. It is soft enough to easily mold to my head and neck, yet firm enough to offer support. I've had some memory foam pillows in the past that were so firm, I wondered why I didn't just buy a brick, and I've had some that were so soft I wondered why I didn't just sleep on a bag of cotton balls. This is *perfect* to me. I don't know that it necessarily keeps cool longer than other pillows, but it doesn't ever feel uncomfortably hot. Over the past 6 years I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars on various types of pillows that would relieve my neck pain while sleeping. However to no avail UNTIL this one. I figured I had only a $27 investment to lose but possibly huge benefits if the LunaGREEN pillow helped me. It had lots of good reviews but I was still skeptical until my first night sleeping on it! Here are my results: 1) I tossed and turned much less, 2) didn't wake up with numb fingers or arms, and 3) I didn't have a headache! It's neither too soft, too firm, too hot or too cold and the light essence of green tea is lovely. My husband was waiting to see how I liked mine before he ordered his. I've had it about 10 days now and love it! I spent $59 on the "My Pillow" alone and it was no better than the others I'd spent money on. I hit the jackpot of comfort for my cervical spine and neck issues. Obviously, I highly recommend this product/pillow! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ PharMeDoc Contour Memory Foam Pillow Review *by A***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 26, 2019* I ordered this pillow back in 2016 under this link - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016E6Q5J8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1I loved the pillow so much, that when it was time to reorder I found this updated version.Pros:- The pillow is heavy. I know some people don't like that in a pillow, but I like something that's not going to give way under a heavy head during a full night's rest.- The pillow is firm. Again, some people don't like this, but if you're buying a cervical curve pillow and it just squashes flat after an hour or two, there's no point in buying one - save your money and get a "normal" pillow. This one is a notch firmer than the LAST one I owned, but I think it'll break in after some time.- Smell. The pillow's odor disipates fairly quickly. Leave it in a room somewhere for a couple nights out of the package and it'll be fine.-Price. Pretty good value for what I feel are hard to find attributes in a contour pillow.- Cons:- This pillow may be TOO firm for some people, including myself. I am going to give it a few more weeks to see if it breaks in before I dismiss it. The older version was absolutely perfect.- The cooling gel might as well not be there. Again in the last iteration, you could tell a big difference when you put your head on it. This one I can't even tell it's there.
