Pieces of the shade were sticking out and exposed during the shipping process. No invoice, instructions or any paperwork of any kind were included (not that it was needed, just would have been nice). It honestly looked like a pre-schooler had just stuck the sun shade in whatever box they could for shipping. Overall, I am pleased with the shade, just not the shipping.
