It is a great machine and easy to use. I first started out using it manually, now I workout to the pre-programmed settings. My legs have gotten better. They use to hurt from all the fluid floating around, now I am feeling stronger in my legs, especially the back of my thighs. Whenever my knees start to pop or get a cramp, I just get on this machine and it works out the kinks in my knees.
