I wish the green and chocolate flavours didn't have wheatgrass in them, because I'm highly allergic to it. I have been taking superfood powders lately and feel better overall. I think it is a bit pricey but considering what it would take for me to get all these superfoods and put them together it isn't bad. I tried it with some collagen powder in hot water to see if I could find a substitute for coffee but it really doesn't taste that great even with honey as a warm drink although it is not too bad. Chia seeds and other stuff floats on top so not really what I wanted. I had high blood pressure and was about 30 pounds overweight and really didn’t want to get on blood pressure medication; especially since I’m only 35.
