It does look really good once complete. There is also a protective plastic, that can be removed after installation.Cons: the hands (minute and hour) came a bit bent but it was an easy fix. The rod/pin for the second hand was also bent. I had to dismantle the entire mechanism to get to it and straighten it out. Thankfully it didn't break. The reflective surfaces give you a warped reflection (not useful). I hand to stand about 8-10" away to get a perfect reflection.
