Review: They Hold Up perfectly. - I read through the reviews when I was ordering. I had worried a little about the number of posts that the suspenders were too short. I'm 5'11" and weighing in at 370 lbs. I carry a lot of that weight in my belly. The el cheapo suspenders I got at a big block retailer were stretched to their limits, and every time I bent down to pick something up, the back clips would come off and fly over my head. I had seen Dickies at the same store, but only the ones that hooked up to the belt. My large belly puts much stress on belts, that's why I wanted to find suspenders, so that wasn't an option. I got these. Fears be quelled. The adjusters work just like it states in the desertcart description. Pull them up (though you might have to move them back if they are catching in the fabric) and slide to the new position, then lock down, and push the back bar flat. As for those "too small" reviews. Nonsense. The size marked is 1S (for One Size, duh). And I have about 8 inches to go on mine before they max out in length. So maybe if you are 6'7" and over 450 lbs, you "might" have an issue. Otherwise no. The clips grab well. I have not had them come off my pants or shorts unless *I* wanted to remove them. And that includes $60 in quarters (I hate laundry day.) They hold my pants up. They stay attached. They a great pair of suspenders for anyone who wants suspenders to hold their pants up. I've been rocking these guys for a month now. I'm one very satisfied customer. Thanks for listening to my review. I stated a lot of personal information because I want to be clear that I'm really putting these things through a test. And yes, I am currently working on loosing weight, and doing a good job. These suspenders make it easier to walk when I know my pants are going to stay up. :)

**Q: I can't figure out how to "lock" these is place after adjusting them. Help!!!**
A: Daniel Lopez (April 9, 2018) has a short and sweet answer to this problem - you are a better man than I Gunga Din.  I just wrote a "scathing" review on exactly this problem ... turns out a bit of "fiddling" got me (and I am sure you will also) into the land of "happy suspender adjustment".  The most important item to remember is that the adjustment clasp (the thing with the "teeth") is made of TWO (2) parts - 1) the outside piece which we try to push down and the thing does NOT stay down or grasp the suspender material and 2) the rectangular metal ring which is connected to part #1.  The "trick" is NOT to JUST push down on the outside clasp (part #1 for our discussion) - you must also do another small step.  While holding the adjustment clasp with (probably) your index fingers - use your thumb (on the back closest to your body) on the metal rectangular ring and "snap" the two pieces together and voila.  Again, the solution is to snap the two pieces of the clasp together and all is well in Mayberry.  Good luck.

**Q: How does thecenter of the back show while wearing? Is the tan w/logo only on the inside (against one's back) or does it show? Or is it black?**
A: The tan with the logo is on the outside.  It is just as it appears in the photo.

**Q: how wide is the fabric?  1.5, 2, or 3"?  they are all mentioned as sizes in the description.**
A: The ones we received are 1-1/2 inches wide.  My husband says they are comfortable.

**Q: I'm a 5'11 and 350 lb guy with an apple body shape and a 'beer belly'; would one size or extended work best for me?**
A: I'm 5'9'' and about 170 lb and the one size fits me perfectly without any adjustments.  I think the extended would be a better fit for you.
