I had to buy a second pack of these as my lovebird (who has always had three eggs has four this clutch). I just wait for around a week of her not laying and then replace when they are out of her sight. Works every time. Then after the appropriate hatch time we remove the eggs, again without her seeing. She is destressed for only around 5 minutes. Also, once the eggs are removed she is given lots of attention and new toys.
