It is also extremely aerodynamic and will perform better for high intensity workouts than standard skipping rope's. I personally found when skipping with this rope that due to the aerodynamics and the materials that is made off , I was able to do more repetitions than normal which meant I increased my heart rate and had a much better workout. Due to the way that it is manufactured It is also tangle free . It easily adjusts, depending on how tall you are, so you are able to work out in comfort. I should also imagine this will last me a very long time. It is aesthetically pleasing and comes in a range of colours.
