Don’t waste your money. I would give negative it a negative 3 if possible. I purchased 2 bottles in order to give a good try. I’m up 10 pounds, all I do is sweat with cold chills and very high anxiety. The anxiety make me want to eat. Q - What does a diet supplement do if it causes anxiety & weigh gain? A - Causes more anxiety and makes you feel worse about yourself inside & out!!!
