**Q: Will this work on a Ipad**
A: Not by itself. You have to add the “powered” lightning to USB Camera Adapter as well. You plug the powered Lightning to USB camera adapter into the IPad, plug the power cable into the camera adapter, then finally plug the internet adapter’s USB port into the camera adapter’s USB receptacle and it will all work. That’s how I’m getting a wired internet connection on my iPad currently. This setup will also work to give your iPhones wired internet for those pesky updates out to transfer larger files. In order to use the internet adapter in Its own you need a powered USB hub. Oh yeah, you must use the power supply that came with your iPad for this to work. If you use a smaller power supply, like an iPhones, it will tell your setup requires too much power to work. As long as you use the power adapter for the iPad you’re good.

A: no it wont

**Q: work with macbook pro touch bar usb c if i use it with dongle?**
A: The previous answer is false. It works fine with any Apple computer with USB-C ports (including M1) when coupled with a USB-C to USB-A adapter. I use it regularly on my MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to create both open and closed networks between my development Macs. I also use it with my Mac mini M1 for dual ethernet access.

**Q: Will this work for a chromebook?**
A: If it has a USB port then it should .but it may only be setup for wireless..cause I've tried it before on a Chromebook and it had no wired internet card in it..it only had wireless..so if any PC has a wired internet card then it will work..but it's not for wireless..
