I sent an email directly to the HI-Chew company because I thought maybe the purchase from Amazon was a copy cat. I sent the lady a picture of the HI-Chew packaging from Amazon and she told me that candy wasn’t a copy cat, it was expired, it was over two years old that’s why it didn’t taste right, she could tell by the number embedded into the packaging. If it doesn’t have a current expiration posted on the package, I would send it back. That’s what I did and Amazon gave me my money back.
