Review: Wife loves this shower control - Installed this and the rough in valve housing in an old shower. Installation instructions are good ( not great). The assembly of the temperature control limiter is confusing. If installing a new valve body as well, be sure that the hole in the finished wall is big enough to fit the outer trim ring that fits OVER the rough in valve body when you later install the cartridge and trim kit. I did not and had to remove it, enlarge the hole and re-assemble. The plastic temperature lever is fine -- except it has play in it which gives it a "cheap" feel. DELTA - you can do better. I gave 5 stars since overall quality is good, it functions very well and my wife loves it.

Installed this and the rough in valve housing in an old shower. Installation instructions are good ( not great). The assembly of the temperature control limiter is confusing.
