## Questions & Answers

**Q: My pack of vinyls came with dimples/creases on every sheet. Can these still be used?**
A: Hey customer. Please contact me through buyer seller messages. If this was caused during the shipping process then Amazon takes full responsibility for the incident and would more than gladly exchange it. If not, then I will personally exchange it myself :)

**Q: Do I need transfer tape for this? Sorry, first experience with vinyl. Thanks :)**
A: Transfer tape? I use clear contact paper lol its cheaper and does the job just great :) make sure that when you use this that the text/pic is facing the correct way! If you place it right onto something cut it out the way it looks, if you will be placing it on the back of something so you can see it on the other side, don't forget to "flip" the design! :) I love this vinyl!

**Q: Can you use this vinyl on shirts?!**
A: No. You will need HTV (heat transfer vinyl) for that.

**Q: Has anyone used these vinyl pieces with the silouette? Do they work well with it?**
A: Works great with Silhouette! Great deal for the price!
