These lanterns were so pretty! It really added a good pop of color. The pic shows prototypes of how we set up decor—we clipped little “fascinator” hats to the top of the wire frame on the largest lanterns, and it worked perfectly! These are great lanterns and the price was very reasonable for the quality. I suggest being more careful with the larger lanterns, as the paper seems thinner/more fragile than the smaller lanterns. We didn’t have any crush, put the frames in and packed them in a large Tupperware box about 3 days before we used them—tight fit, some squeeze, but not smashed—and the lanterns held up very well, no holes or collapsing. Before putting the frames in, carefully extend and stretch the lantern open. It makes it easier to pop the frame into the top circles if the paper has been stretched a bit. Overall, great purchase. They all arrived in perfect condition. The colors are accurate to the product description as well. They are quite delicate, though, as I quickly found out, so do be very careful when installing the "spines" that keep these upright.
