Now, this natural Ragi is served in the form of vermicelli for making an easy, healthy and quick breakfast. Method 1: Sprinkle salt water in the required amount of vermicelli and mix well. steam in idly pan for 5 mins and then cook with chopped onion and chillies. Method 2: Add little oil in the kadai, splutter mustard seeds and add chopped onion and chilly and stir for 5 min, add vermicelli and sprinkle salt water to wet well the vermicelli and close with a lid and cook for 10 min until it gets soften and serve hot.

            Ragi vermicelli cooking procedure 1. Dissolve required salt in water and sprinkle over ragi vermicelli and wet the vermicelli equally. Steam the wet vermicelli in Idly pan for 7 min. After steaming, take a pan and add little oil, fry required veggies, Onion, green chilly and then add cooked vermicelli and mix well. garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with chutney.  2. Add little oil to the pan, once the oil is hot add chopped onion, green chilly, desired veggies and add vermicelli to the pan. Sprinkle required salt and sprinkle 150 ml water and mix well. Simmer the flame and leave it for around 7 min so that the vermicelli gets cooked and becomes soft. serve hot with chutney.
