Having spent years making up electrical & avionic cables I was able to see the process by which the tool did its job, which is just as well, because....... Putting myself in the position of a novice I have to say how disappointed I was with the inadequate instructions. A badly printed piece of paper about the size of a postcard and a truly rubbish video on the VCE website. I think they have gone to the factory and found the person with the cleanest pair of hands and got him to make a video, that he obviously doesn’t want to do and just get it over with as quickly as possible. For £40+ pounds people deserve proper guidance.
