IT'S COMPREHENSIVE Roughly the first third or so of the book is overall plant care information - tips on potting, watering, light, pests and so forth. The last two thirds describe some of the most common and beautiful houseplants, with specific care instructions for each species. 3. IT'S BEAUTIFUL There are a ton of beautiful images throughout the book, which I found personally inspiring in my quest to greenify my indoor spaces. In addition to that, each specific plant profile includes a well-photographed image of the plant being described, which really helps if you're trying to identify a mystery plant you already own, or if you're considering adding a new one to the family. I think that overall the images balance out the text beautifully. I would especially recommend this book to anyone looking to get started with houseplants, because it will hold your hand through each and every step.
