The foam in the product is not deep enough to hold the contents throughout travel, so the wine opener with the sharp needle came lose and scratched the other items and ripped up the inside felt as well. I had a replacement sent out to me and the same thing had happened, along with the wine aerator being shattered.Arriving damaged or not, I attempted to use the product several times in comparison with my own wine opener that is very similar but from another company and this product could not compare. It is very very flimsy. You can hear it creak as you squeeze the bottle and attempt to open it, the needle doesn't fit over the middle of the cork - it is on the side and makes it very difficult, and it is overall just built very cheaply. Do yourself a favor, spend the same money on a set that includes less.
