Seems to work great... hard to judge something like this
Seems to work great... hard to judge something like this, but it is added to my other supplements and reduces the amount of pill form vitamins/supplements I take. I did buy this at 5.99 a little over a week ago which is a great price, at the time of this writing its 19.99 not sure why the price spike.

Pretty good
So careful while opening your going to get some all over it is very light and fluffy. Id does have a noticeable taste to it but is not the end of the world. Learn from my mistake and mix it in small drinks not a big one. It mixed ok for me, it does separate over time so no its not desolving in the liquid but at the same time I don't think a powdered cla should. For the amount of cla you get per scoop and the ease of taking it it's great. Trying to get away from so many pills for everything. So far I like it.

Muscletech CLA
This is a fantastic overall product. It has a great amount of CLA per serving which is a great supplement. It helps promote body composition by breaking down large clusters of fat cells, making it easier for fat to be burned. Muscle tech is a fantastic supplement company and they hit the nail on the head here with this CLA.

Doesn’t mix easily!
The Product says on the label that it mixes instantly. That is far from the truth. It is very hard to mix and a good amount of the powder settles on the bottom and sides of the glass. It doesn’t rinse out of the glass easily. You have to scrub it hard with a brush or else it leaves a sticky film on the sides even after washing.

I use this while losing weight. It's supposed to help your body turn fat into muscle. This is not meant to be a weight loss product. You still need to put in the work of eating healthy to loose weight. And challenging yourself at the gym to gain muscle. I have been using this product on and off for almost a year (it does say not to use it for more than 12 months straight) with a lot of hard work I went from 265 and very little strength down to around 200 with a fair amount of muscle tone. It's hard to say how much was the product and how much was the work I put in.I always get my suppliments from the cheapest source. Amazon and a body building website are always close after shipping. This time amazon won! Go amazon!

Tough to rate this product
Mix ability isn't that good, leaves the side walls of my shakers white so that's telling me that it's totally not dissolving. Effectiveness is had to measure with CLA so I can't rate it. Most Muscletech products are pretty good so I don't doubt that it's effective but I just cant tell with my current stack.

Much Better Than the Softgel Alternative
Awesome product. Do not open and scoop in a drafty location as the powder is very light and fluffy. Easily mixes in with protein and bcaa powders with no taste. Much better than choking down the big brown softgels 3x a day. No afterburp...
