Review: Perfect for bread making and excellent value for money. - I’ve been using the Tower T12033 3-in-1 Stand Mixer almost daily since January of this year, and it’s absolutely incredible. I’ve always wanted a dough machine for making bread and pizza dough, but they are ridiculously expensive for what they do. After reading a few reviews and watching some videos, I decided to give this one a go, as it came with a dough hook attachment. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. This mixer is beautifully constructed and feels heavy and well-made. The quality is exceptional, even the attachments are metal and feel solid when they hook into the machine. The bowl is quite large, which is excellent for mixing larger quantities. Using it is so simple that you don’t even need to read the instructions. You just pull the latch upon the neck which separates the mixing head from the base unit and pull backward to slide the bowl in and out, as well as insert the attachment of your choice. To insert an attachment, all you need to do is insert the end of it into the mixer attachment hole and push and twist to lock it into place. Once you’ve inserted the attachment and bowl, it’s just a case of turning it on via the speed knob and setting it to your desired mixing speed. Cleaning and storing the mixer is also very easy. It is a little noisy and can wobble while it’s working, but it feels secure, and it’s a minor inconvenience for what it’s doing. It even comes with an extended warranty for 3 years, which is incredible for a device that is really put to the test. When I ordered this, the price was £79.99, which was an absolute bargain. I only needed the dough hook to mix dough, but you can use the various attachments for all kinds of baking. It really is a wonderful machine and works perfectly each time.

**Q: Do the whisk and hooks reach the bottom of the bowel**
A: Arrived today and I was keen to use straight away..have to say I was a little disappointed, agree with another reviewer, I had to keep stopping to ensure all the mixture was beaten..even had to finish the beating by hand.   
It took more strength than anticipated to change the blades but was easy to clean. 
Will persevere with this mixer to see if it is any better at whisking or kneading dough.

A: The body of the mixer is plastic - it’s has suckers on the base that keeps it steady.  The bowl is stainless steel.  I have had the mixer a few months now and am very pleased with it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m pleased with my purchase, but…

I have chronic pain and two boys, who love to bake with me, so Tower’s standing mixer has made my life easier, I admit that. The only complaint I have is that I have to keep scraping sides and bottom of the bowl. I wish Tower would add a new attachment to its mixer, beater with scraper, lol. (Yes, they exist!) You think you’re done, but unfortunately there’s still a lot of butter on the sides, that didn’t mix properly and you’ve been unnecessarily running your mixer for the last two minutes. Yikes! Also, it’s very noisy. Like, really, VERY noisy. Overall, it’s a good appliance and I’m sure I’ll figure something out. For the reduced price (£53) it was a great bargain and value. I wouldn’t buy it for £100 tho.
