Actually, the lack of flavor is what I was looking for. California water shouldn’t be confused with a mixer for even a poor quality Kentucky bourbon. I want to TASTE the quality bourbon that I paid for. This limestone water opens up the flavors you otherwise can only read about. Word!

We stayed at The Kentucky Castle and they had these huge ice cube that made the bourbon have a completely different taste. We asked them about the ice cubes and they told us it was the limestone water. We decided to try this at home and it works just like at the castle.
