The elastic in these bonnets doesn't stretch enough for my head and I have a pretty small head. It may have worked for her, but hasn't for me.I have very fine hair that's prone to tangle, even with using silk pillowcases. I thought the sleep cap(s) would help, but that hasn't been the case at all. Still waking up with major bed head. Bummer!Although the cap is comfortable, I was very disappointed that one of the caps came straight out of the package with 2 small rips in it. I haven't used it for fear of destroying it even more. Oh well....So for me, the jury's still out.
