Our son was literally crying, "No soap" before and now he has no problem letting us wash his hair when using it. I gave it 4 stars because if your child forehead is wet at all and you have to re-arrange it, it won't stay in place. I have learned to give my son only one toy when I'm washing his hair so he doesn't move around a bunch and it stays put. Either way it's much better and prevents 99% of water run off from getting on his face.
