The workouts are pretty easy to follow everyday, the bands are more comfortable that the rubber bands. They fit really good and the sizes do have more strength, you can wash with mild soap if they get dirty, the bag makes it easy to store and the disk are perfect for floor exercise. The workout book also has some recipes to follow along which is great. From the extremely well made woven bands to the carpet sliders for an upper body workout, and even the manual that comes with it gives great detailed exercise pictures and meal ideas with recipes! So much value!! The bands are fantastic! I have been using them for just over a week and can already start to see a difference in my thigh definition and buttocks!! The carpet sliders (I included a video using them) are great! They make an ordinary push up extraordinary for better muscle engagement, which means less reps with bigger results! I have poor posture and in the week of using the sliders to do push ups I've noticed a considerable decrease in the pain between my shoulder blades as I strengthen the muscle groups associated with posture!
