I recommend them to others.The colors are just as pictured, and they are easily visible at night even with a little ambient light. My only complaint is that the solar panel is pretty small, and these need a good bit of sun to hold a charge for very long. Mine stay on for only a few hours even with strong sunlight, but they are on most of when I'm awake at night and so these are still easily four-star lights.If you want to add a bit of color to your yard at night but not deal with running power cords and the related hassle (and potential safety issues), these are a great option. I recommend them to others. I have 1 set that will last all night long. When I get up in the morning at 5 AM, they are still on. One set isn't always on when I wake up, but it's on by the time we go to bed. The other set goes out after about 3 hours. All the solar chargers are on my roof, so not sure how 1 set could be getting so much less sun. Could be the batteries too. Who knows. I get to see all the different colors, when they combine they create a blueish hue (when strung out).
