Is anyone experiencing the machine yielding only a small amount of cotton candy because sugar is escaping from the middle piece?** A: I bought this and it barely worked the first time. The 2nd time it started smoking and quit working. I've bought 3 different machines before I got one that works. I got the cheapest machine and put the warranty on it and this little one works great for just me and my grand kids. I returned this one but the company didn't want to work with me. I think I got a refurbished one because it had scratches on it and it was dusty and dirty. I had to send it back and I had to pay the shipping. NO I did not get another one. The company didn't even want to give me my money back for their defective machine!!! I will say this, Amazon took care of me! They were awesome! I not only got a credit for the machine but a gift card for the amount I paid for the shipping. I hope you have better luck with this machine than I did! If I had to do it all over again I would pay for the warranty on it that way it would be taken care of without all the hassles I went through. Good LUCK! **Q: Anyone know what fuses to buy?** A: No but do not use inside a house. Our smoke detectors went crazy.. **Q: Hi. While using this machine, did anyone experience a large sugar ring deposit around the large metal drum? Am I doing it wrong?** A: You are not doing it wrong I experienced this when my machine worked, I have had nothing but problems with this unit. I even had a replacement machine sent to me and problems again. They told me there is nothing they can do for me ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product and Great Vendor! *by A***3 on April 21, 2016* I never write Reviews But had to for this Product and Vendor.I Run a Bounce House Buisiness and need a Commercial Cotton Candy Machine so I found this one and decided to give it a try, It was very Inexpensive and the size I was looking for.It arrived in 3 Days with Normal Shipping In Good shape! Its frustrating to set up and dismantle, did I say ist very noisy. I'm very disappointed with this product.
