The way they feel in your hand, the weight to them, the coloring to them. I had really high hopes of them lasting too. I got into my car after work and noticed something blurry with my vision. I cleaned them and cleaned them. Still blurry. Cleaned again. I told myself, these are marketed as scratch resistant, surely this isn't a massive scratch. Indeed it is. Not sure how this was caused as I take good care of my expensive items purchased. I have contacted support to start an exchange but their website only has the automated option to exchange if purchased from their site. I'll update this review as soon as I hear back from support but as of now, these are completely unusable and I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping support can help me out because I am anything but satisfied. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fit, super high quality product *by A***K on September 15, 2018* Despite the irritating homogeneity of the wearers in this company’s promotional video (wasn’t sure I was even allowed to buy them, not being a smug white hipster) - these are BY FAR the best sunglasses I’ve ever owned - and I’ve had ones that cost up to 3x as much. I love them even though they are not very flattering. They were instantly comfortable - fit perfectly, with no weird pressure points. The color fidelity is *extraordinary*. They are wearable/usable down to a level of dimness that no other grey lenses I’ve ever had have permitted. The polarization is very obviously of extremely high quality - I used them in very bright sunshine, out in water, and my eyes were very comfortable. They feel substantial and yet do not feel heavy while on. Even the case is high quality. ### ⭐ NOT AS ADVERTISED *by L***N on March 26, 2019* I have previously bought these and loved them! I was so excited that I bought a second pair as a gift. I did not receive what I paid for. It came in a William Painter case, but it was scratched up. The frames were not only the wrong color they were plastic. They also didn't even have the correct product.Very disappointed that my 2nd experience was this poor. Be careful out there!*****UPDATE*****After informing them of the poor product I started the return process and got the correct pair. The correct pair is great quality!!
