It came all squished up, the foam sides are all out of shape and sink into the inside, and the bottom is so bent in so many ways I can't get it straightened out enough to even put her in there. Very disappointed because it is a well made product. I don't know if the maker or seller squished it up like this but they ruined it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality workmanship! Closed seams and attention to detail was paid to make sure nothing rough rubs against your pet. I use it for a 10 lb Pomeranian who has terrible arthritis and dementia which prohibits her from walking to the park on our daily stroll. She seems to LOVE it and looks very content sitting in it. Although the bottom pad that's included is of good quality, the fabric covering it is silky and my dog kept slipping/sliding. I solved that by replacing it with a garden kneeling pad. Bag was rolled up into a ball and stuffed in a box that was too small. The bag was so creased & dented that it had no shape. Even the board for the bottom that is supposed to provide stability & shape was rolled up to ship so it is useless. Shipper should shut it flat, not rolled in a ball.
