**Q: Is this made of steel or aluminum?**
A: Aluminum. And the flap is made of plastic. It works for what I need but isn't as sturdy as a metal one would be.

**Q: Can additional keys be made for this?**
A: Im sure a locksmith shop can duplicate a key for it

**Q: does the slot fit 8.5 x 11 inch paper?**
A: drop slot is 8-1/4" wide so it shoud fit with a little bow

**Q: How wide can the flap open? i need it to fit pieces of paper & sandwich baggies filled with box tops for education (at a school for collecting). thx!**
