About 10-15 minutes later I had fallen asleep, lights out! Verifed by teenage son who cruelly woke me up cos I was snooring. I have had terrible problems last few weeks sleeping at night, or at any time. It made me fall asleep where herbal sleep remedies could not. There can be no greater compliment for this product. I'm going to recommend the middle strength setting not sure I like the Max but each to their own. Maybe I will prefer the higher setting later. As it's portable you can set it up on any flat surface including on your bed. If you have a painful back, careful, it really pushes and arches your back, it's a little scary at first. Honestly my back feels great having used it. Highly recommend!
