A friend bought the same lights and his passenger side is the same way. I checked the warranty on Spyder Auto's website and it stated 90 days. However, when I contacted them, they told me that I would need to go through site which I purchased it from (desertcart - 30 day return) and that's the last I heard from them. The lights were only on the car for a few days before I noticed it. The car has not been driven in months because of the winter and I installed them carefully.
