It works, and my teeth are doing better, but I am using it more. The electric brushes are much better than the manual brushes of yesteryear. Not sure why it took me so long to go electric, this toothbrush has the very fine bristles, which I think, and my dentist says clean better than toothbrushes with thicker bristles. The toothbrush is no better than all the other electric toothbrushes, I have only tried two. It is all in the bristles, and these seam to be the best, so this is the one I use.My dentist sold me the toothbrush, I am sure there are others just as good at a lower price, check the replacement brushes and their cost. This is a high markup item, my dentists charges around $40 for these. I WILL be looking for a similar toothbrush with better cost of ownership. I give these 5 stars, because at $22.00 I will keep using this toothbrush.I bought some really cheap electric toothbrush  Arm & Hammer Sprinbrush Pro Clean, 2 Powered Toothbrushes Plus 4 Replacement Heads (Color may vary)  which are VERY good, except the thick bristles do not clean as well. I got them at Sam's for like $11.00 on closeout sale. A little expensive for that to be happening.
