They aren't very big but that's to be expected when you're on keto. I emailed the company regarding hemp seeds and wanted to know whether the hemp seeds had been tested for THC. Customer service was amazing! I got an answer right away. I also received a screen shot of the hemp seed company's response to testing. In the end, the product is tested and safe to consume. ### ⭐⭐ Expensive disappointment *by E***P on Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2020* I admit to being on a quest for the best healthy protein snack bar. So far, its the Vega 20 gram protein version. If you want to go for strictly keto, it would be unfair to say that this Keto bar doesn't cut it. Still, if I were going to use a keto oriented snack bar - a generally good idea - I'd continue my quest for the perfect keto bar. This one is so tiny, it seems its cost seems out of proportion to its cost and I ask myself, why not just have a spoon full of almond butter and toss back a little handful of hempseeds at a fraction of the cost?That said, while you could do without refrigerating this bar, its probably a good practice to keep in a cool place to limit oxidation of the oil in it -- which is never a good thing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent keto bar choice. So with the knowledge of the consumer that what ever keto product says it tastes like a birthday cake, isn’t being honest. With that being said, this bar really does have a good taste. I bought these for my dad because he waits too long before having a keto friendly snack and meal. He is in his 70s. He is very strict about the no sugar aspect. And, these fit the bill perfectly. He can carry one of these at work or traveling and eat something healthy when he needs to. I find that the bars are a bit pricey. But sometimes as a healthy food snack product gains more popularity, the price becomes less. In the mean time, I will definitely continue to buy my dad these products, as he really wants to regulate his blood sugar levels the healthy natural way. Allowing his body to show less insulin resistance, by working on it.
