Will this be a direct replacement?** A: I am not sure twill work for your car but I recommend you to call direct to the Maxlux support groups for compatible but it's works great on my 2006 BMW **Q: If I wanted to use this ballast to convert my 9006 fogs, what type of hid bulb (only for solo low beam) and connectors do you recommend?** A: a 9006 HID bulb. **Q: Is this the same AC ballast that come with a Maxlux HID conversion system advertised here on Amazon or on Ebay??** A: I am not sure if they also come in a kit. We bought them to replace ballasts from another manufacturer that didn't produce enough power to light the bulbs to their full potential.
