Comence a tomar estas pastillas el 2 de febrero y para el siguiente dia mi oido derecho comenzo a tener una clase de alergia y comenzó a taparse, yo no sabia que esto me habia pasado por estas pastillas, estuve tomandomelas por dias, hasta el 13 de febrero que mi otro odio comenzo a sentirse igual y ningunas gotas para oidos aliviaban mi dolor, no podria dormir y un dia por sentirme tan mal deje de tomar todos mis medicamentos y comence a sanar, todo este tiempo estas paatillas hicieron que mis oidos se pusieran muy mal, no se si incluye esto en la etiqueta como efectos secundarios pero me di cuenta que soy tan ignorante por no considerar que cualquier medicamento puede dañarme. Si sienten efectos como los mios dejen de tomarlas inmediatamente.

I have been taking ULTALIFE BP supplements for about 1 month. I have seen a steady decline in both Systolic and Diastolic readings.To start, I was at around 154/97. I know, bad, right?!? For my refining, each morning I workout, then I take the dose, wait about 20 minutes, meditate for 10 minutes and then take my reading. It has gone down steadily, 150’s/high 90’s; 140’s/low 90’s, then 130’s/high 80’s, then 120’s/low 80’s and recently 117/80 and 113/78.It is also important to decrease your sodium intake, exercise, and hydrate! This supplement aids in the treatment, but you will also need a lifestyle change to sustain the results. It is not a magical pill.I will continue to take this product vs. going on an RX.
