Unfortunately, the inner design of these knobs is different from the original Gibson knobs on this guitar. This difference prevents you from pushing the knob all the way down on the control shaft because there is no clearance for the potentiometer nut. As a result the knob sits very high off of the guitar face and fails to match the height of original knobs. Replacing all knobs with these is not a solution because the knobs sit too high above the guitar face and leave big gaps between knob and guitar - Looks stupid. I ruined two knobs trying to modify for fit then gave up and bought from another vendor who sells knobs that are identical to the original Gibson's on my guitar.Note: These knobs are the same design as the original Gibson knobs on my Les Paul Classic Premium Plus. So you need to look carefully at the knobs you're replacing before buying.
