I have been using it for over a year in the shower and it works quite well. **Q: Does it have pieces of oatmeal or exfoliant on the bar** A: No, it is one homogeneous bar. There are not a lot of suds when wet, and it does soothe the skin. I have bought many of these and will continue to buy either on Amazon or in my local pharmacy. **Q: Is this product vegan?** A: I think so, but you'll have to read the ingredients. I'm not vegan.
