Good bottle to have
I like this bottle. It keeps the water cold and holds plenty for an average dog walk. I take mine to my training classes. It is a very sturdy bottle. I got the big one and it is kind of cumbersome if you’re going on a hike or long walk. It’s kind of heavy and bulky. Would be fine in a normal sized backpack. One of the problems I have - and it’s not a big deal - is that it is a little difficult to pull the silicone piece up or down when trying to use the bowl part. It’s totally doable but you do have to kind of pull on it. I don’t really mind because the reason it does that is because the silicone is thick. I’d rather have that than a thin, cheap one.

Great product
Great item, my dog loves drinking out of it. I have a Dutch Shepherd and he is stubborn, he would not use the the last collapsible bowl while we were hiking or walking in the park but he loves this. The water flows out easily into the attached bowl and flows back in to the container, just as easy. I have the option of insulated sling and that makes it even easier to carry around at the park.

Works well!
My dog is part Shepherd so she’s a bit large. This water bottle works great for her size when we go for walks. It’s easy to use and I like that this bottle has a drain in the cap so the unused water filters back into the bottle.

Easy and well constructed
We use this water container/bowl when we walking long distances or when we are in the car. The slim body makes it easy to carry. The foldable bowl allows you to serve your dog and replace anything remaining back into the thermos type container.

Great drinking bowl
This ended up working better than I expected. I have had no leaks like others have mentioned and I keep this on the floor by the backseat and had no issues so far. I like that you can control how much water to add so I don't waste water on hikes and such as my dog can be picky about drinking even though he probably should. I don't have as much waste and can just click the button as he is drinking to add more.

Great for traveling
This dog water is great for the dog park or use in the car while traveling. There is little to no waste with the flow back filter. Even my bulldogs are able to drink from the bottle without issue. It's super easy to fill and use. It has taken a few drops, and it still looks new, very durable. For my large dog, I need a bigger size as she drinks it empty in two drinks.

Leaks (3 month edit)
Cooper says "it's a pup flask, not a cat flask!".I bought it to replace my 20-some year old ball valve water bottle. I think it was a freebie from a trade show or something.Due to the funky shape of the bottle, I'm having a hard time finding a bottle cage that will properly fitAlso, it's pretty slow to deploy and stow. You have to unfold the bowl, pour the water, then when you put it away, you can tilt it up and wait while any unused water flows back into the bottle. Can you say "backwash"? Then fold the bowl back.Okay, so I know I just spent the first half of my review crapping on the product. I've been spoiled by my old bottle. It was quick and easy. Pull it out, unscrew the lid, drink, screw the lid back on, and put it back in the cage. Boom. Done. No backwash. Perfect for stopping at a stop sign for a quick drink. I can't seem to find anything like it.The pupflask works great. It combines a bowl and a bottle. I'm sure Cooper would say it's easier to drink from. He probably doesn't care about backwash. It's just a little slower to use, that's all.3 month edit:The thing leaks like a s.o.b. I haven't run it thru the washing machine. I've alway hand washed it. I've taken care not to drop it. It's leaking out the shut off valve. It doesn't fit in any cup holder because of its akward size/shape. Your only option is to lay it down on the seat or the floor of your car. Then it leaks.Imagine getting to the dog park and your dog doesn't have any drinking water because it's all in the door compartment of your car or absorbed in the carpet on the floorboard. Then your car smalls like mildew for a week.

5 Stars – My Golden Doodle Finally Approves!
I’ll admit, my Golden Doodle wasn’t sold on this doggy flask at first. She gave it the side-eye like it was some kind of space alien. But the second I took a sip from the leaf-shaped bowl (yes, I had to lead by example), she was suddenly obsessed. This thing is genius. I got the 40oz size (which, for scale, dwarfs a standard 16.9oz bottle), and it’s a game-changer for long road trips. Before this, I’d wrestle with a pop-up bowl and a separate water bottle trying not to spill it all over myself or the car at 65mph. And don’t even get me started on the leftover water dilemma. Do I dump it? Hold it awkwardly? Hope it doesn’t soak the car?Enter this beauty. Easy to use, zero mess, and bonus you can return unused water back into the bottle with one click. No waste, no wet car, no chaos. Just a happy (and hydrated) 75lb dog and a less frazzled dog mom.Highly recommend for fellow road warriors and their furry copilots!
