The design does not have anyway to close up the hole in the top after you fill it and I worry that mosquitoes will lay eggs if I leave it with standing water inside. Just make sure when your filling the bag up with water that you make sure you have the water hose inside the hole of the bag so the water is going inside of the bag to fill it up. It's very easy to mistake it as being in the hole of the bag and filling up, when in fact the hose is not in the hole, its actually just pouring water on the ground, that was my mistake glad I caught it pretty quickly so as not 2 waste a bunch of water. I do recommend this bag, it works great.
