If you decide to use this oil, the mixing ratio is between 4-12 drops per liter. But always start with only 4 drops and see what the taste is like. This Oil will also drop your blood sugar levels, so it is best to start with only 4 drops and increase to a maximum of 12 drops depending on your preference. If so, how much is equal to a tsp. Of powder? The powder floats to the top when i bake my custard.** A: We have never used the oil in a rice pudding, but feel it might be a great idea. No guarantees on the final taste though. The Oil might taste slightly different to powder or it might evaporate somewhat when you bake the custard.
