It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. I use this on shorter city runs. You can fit a bladder in the back. I just use the front for one soft flask, and can then stash a light jacket and t-shirt in the back to change into after my run. There’s another little pouch in the back that works well too for snacks. I’d definitely recommend this. I’ve had it a couple of years now and it has held up well.

**Q: Can front pockets each hold a 250ml soft flask? I can only fit one in the left pocket, the other won’t cooperate.**
A: The one pocket is deep enough. The other has the zipper so it won’t hold a second bottle. I do love mine as there is significant storage and the bladder is a good size.

**Q: Is this machine washable?**
A: I have never had to wash mine yet, but I am sure it could be washed on delicate. I have had for 2 years and it has worked for me for many, many runs. I have done a 50k with it without issues. I have added a bungee string on the loops in the back to put jackets in for longer runs. Love it.

**Q: what chest sizes will this fit, and length of straps from shoulder to waist?**
A: I am a 34b and wearing it almost as tight as it goes. Lots of strap left for someone bigger

**Q: Does it come with the hydration pack or is that sold separately?**
A: There is no hydration bag included with this vest.

This is a great little hydration vest. It’s amazing great value for money and rivals the very expensive ones as the quality and type of materials used are very similar to the higher end brands. This vest fits nicely, is easy to adjust,and has a lot of pockets. I did not purchase the option with a water bladder and was hoping I'd be able to have pockets for water for both my dog and I. Unfortunately I was only able to fit a small water bottle in the front along with my phone, nerds clusters, pepper spray, keys, and chapstick and everything was shoved in there pretty tight. It is a good vest, just not exactly what I was hoping for when I bought it.
