Review: Poor design - The device connection is loose and the depth of the metal plug too short to engage correctly. The micro usb charging port fails to charge consistently. I would return the unit but cannot because I removed some of the plastic around the metal plug hoping deeper engagement would resolve the connection and charging issues. After my mod the connection is improved but still not great and the inconsistent charging is still an issue. After compressing the tip with pliers to increase contact pressure the device stays connected better and charges, albeit at a slow rate.
