Even Jesus was brought oils of frankincense and myrrh. Understand that oil penetrates any porous material (e.g. paper, wood, hair, skin, etc.); therefore, oil-based perfumes will penetrate the skin, causing the fragrance to stay. Alcohol is a drying agent. Alcohol dries (evaporates) from the most porous material within a short period of time.

    Lovely, long-lasting, clean scent

I thought I'd remember how Cher's Uninhibited smelled once I applied this roll-on perfume, but no memories for me.  This scent can best be described as 'clean' and 'feminine' according to my senses, which is what I've wanted for a long time.  I suppose it is close to the original because when I used to wear it, people would stop me and ask what I fragrance I was wearing, telling me how good I smelled and that I smelled like soap.  I hope to get the same response from this delightful fragrance.  I only wish the roll-on bottle didn't have the label Scotch-taped to it.  I'll have to take that off before using it in public.  Looks tacky.

Was a mess. Came in a plastic bag.  Was very oily and both bottles were open and can't even use...  was NOT true bottles of cher perfume it was a piece of paper taped on the bottle and was typed.  Very very disappointed...
