As far as the construction, there has been no quality issues. I pumped it up to 4.5 psi and it's holding up well. For a medium bag it's sufficiently fast. My 8 year old daughter and 10 year old son picked up on the speed quickly. If you're new and trying to decide between a medium and large, get the medium. The large is actually harder to learn on and is so much harder to get going quick. You'll wish for a smaller one after a couple of weeks. Only thing I find annoying about the bag is the lace seems to want to come undone. Had to re-tie it a couple of times. At 5 psi, a slightly off center strike cause the bag to go in different directions. But once you get the hang of it, it's much faster.
