Since we receive milk daily from Iowa family farms, we have lots of milk and cream to make our Half and Half so it's hours fresh when it reaches store shelves. We do not use an ultra-pasteurizing method to make our half and half because we believe this changes the fresh flavor. Oh, and we leave out the thickeners, added sugar and preservatives.
