This faucet is great. But directions were a little too general - and written in broken English, but the item is pretty simple to install. There are 2 things that are tricky though. Its a bit hard to tighten the hot and cold hoses to the back of the faucet with a wrench because you can't do it before you drop the faucet into the counter because the big plastic "nut" won't fit around them so you have to put the nut on first. The cold one is especially hard because if you have a thick counter like I do, the metal nut that attaches it is just a bit inset into the big plastic one making it hard to get the wrench around it. One other thing was they say before you use this, to detach the sprayer and flush it before using it. I don't know if this is even necessary but I did it - and when I did, the coupler nut fell into the inside of the faucet and was incredibly hard to retrieve. I was finally able to do it by taking the weight off the line (which I would suggest installing last, after this step), pushing the sprayer line back up into the sink from below, and then fishing the couple out with a small screwdriver while finagaling the hose from the top. I know that's hard to understand but trust me, it was tricky . The only other solution would be to take everything back apart and shake it out using gravity, and start over. And I wasn't about to do THAT! So, be careful NOT TO LET GO OF THE COUPLER AND HOSE when detaching sprayer for flushing the line. Besides that everything is great and you can't beat the price. Seems very durable. If I had to make a complaint on its functionality, it would be that the sprayer does't sit exactly tight into the faucet, but it's not off by much. Gravity does affect it slightly tho. For the price I give it 5 stars. If it more pricey, I would only have given it 4.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars A terrific but inexpensive faucet. *by B***H on Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2021* I replaced a non rotating faucet on our laundry set tube with this. What a great improvement! It works very well and looks sharp!Removal of the old faucet was problematic but installing this new one was very easy but I did have to use a grinder on my Dremel to enlarge the opening in the sink. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Really nice faucet! *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2019* The kitchen faucet that came with the house was of another brand. It wasn't all that good in my opinion and started to fail after8 years or so. Pieces broke off, rust developed and water--unseen by me--started leaking within the housing, which was absorbed by the granite countertop. One day in August I knew I needed to do something about it. The kitchen sink here is only 2 inches from the back wall of the house. It took me 5+ days of work to remove the old one and install this new one. I spent close to 25+ house to get this done. I love this new faucet. It's very powerful when on full and even more so with use of the sprayer. Lots of extra length to move the faucet and sprayer around. As strong as the force of water is because it sits closer to the countertop, there is significant less spray onto the countertop. It was difficult to install only because I had no room under the sink to get it done. And, because there isn't any leaks from any part of the faucet onto the countertop or under the countertop, the granite has been able to give up most of the water it had absorbed previously.
