Review: Now even Ankylosing Spondilitis feels heavenly. - Just one day since I used it. Haven't felt more energetic and relaxed in years! It's a game changer for someone like me with ankylosing spondilitis, then I can't imagine what it will do for someone with back pain with no underlying disease. I've included it as a meditation, and it's just blissful how I feel pranaali energy in parts of my body which were for so many years only in pain. Thank you prosource for this. Planning to buy one more so that I can have greater coverage on legs simultaneously. I also have radiating pain in my arms. So just rest my arms on it and lay a yoga bolster on top for greater pressure as arms aren't heavy enough to feel much. Another mat would help me do both arms simultaneously. I'm in love with this new ritual to my daily routine. Which is just so pleasurable. After the initial discomfort though. What helped was taking deep breaths and allowing myself to be present with the sensations. Soon it started becoming blissful :)

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Should I use bare skin or with clothing is it more effective with bare skin?**
A: I started with a very thin t-shirt, even at my neck...that seemed to help but not as much as I had wanted...So then after about a week, I tried it on my neck bare skinned and I felt like it worked better.  Another 2 days later I tried it on bare skin on my back too, and it's wonderful that way.  Hope this helps.

**Q: Can you remove the foam and wash the covers of the mat and pillow?**
A: I just throw mine in the tub, both mat and foam together along with some liquid body soap and let it wash itself.  Then I let it air dry on the side of the tub.

**Q: Is the cover removable?**
A: Yes, the cover is removable. There are two velco strips at one end.  You can take the foam strip out and clean it too if you want.  I have had the mat for two years and have never removed the cover.

**Q: Can the pillow be used for your lumbar section as well?**
A: Yes. I use it for lumbar more than my neck. I tend to use the "pillow" by itself for this use.
