**Q: why does this apron leave alot of resedu on your shirt. after i took the apron off my whole shirt was orange from it?**
A: Because it is dyed leather. You can rinse it in warm/hot water until dye no longer comes out in the rinse water

**Q: What's the thickness of this welding apron?**
A: I’m not sure about thickness exactly. About 1/8” maybe , but It’s thick enough so the sparks from welding and soldering won’t go through.

This apron worked great for metal cutting. It’s large but has buckles for easy-on, easy-off. I also use it when I use my planer because it keeps the wood chips off of my clothes and they don’t stick to the apron. Very happy with my purchase.
