My daughter used it for school for 4 weeks prior to the school holidays and 2 weeks after therefore using it a total of 6 weeks and it’s falling apart. When I complained the company said there was nothing they could do as we’ve had it for 3 months. After saying that I would make a complaint to Amazon they offered a 50% refund which was still unsatisfactory as I now have to buy my daughter a new bag.
